“数字城市”是一个能够实现城市综合管理与决策支持的、虚拟的、具有开放性的城市模型.地理信息系统、遥感、虚拟现实、网络和多媒体及海量存储等多种技术的高度集成与应用,是实现数字城市的关键.
Digital City”is a virtual,open urban model,which can realize urban management and decision support.The integrated application of many techniques such as remote sensing(RS),geographical information system(GIS),virtual reality(VR),broad band and database are the key to a digital city construction.
