逆向设计中点云处理的应用技术研究

应用CATIA软件中的数字曲面编辑器和自由造型模块,对由Tritop和Atos软件得到的汽车车轮挡泥板的点云数据进行了分网和曲面拟合处理,并探讨了在划定点云范围、过滤点云、分网以及拟合曲面过程中的一些技巧和方法,通过误差分析,得出了一些应用CATIA处理点云数据的分析结论。

With the Digitized Shape Editor and Freestyle in CATIA, the curve net map of feature lines and curved surface are created from the point clouds obtained with Tritop and Atos. Some techniques and methods are discussed, including those from point cloud boundary delimiting to surface fitting. The conclusion is drwan through the point cloud disposal with CATIA.
