摘要
文章分析了大学图书馆引入“首问负责制”的意义,论述了保障大学图书馆实施“首问负责制”的几项措施。
This thesis analyses the significant of the System of the Responsibility on the First-inquired inthe university library: changing the ideas, strengthening the service and responsibility ideology, improvingthe quality of the whole staff of the library, and giving help to the moral construction of the librarians. It alsoprobes into the readers rights' location, implementation and the preteetive mechanism.
