摘要
“幸福的家庭都是相似的,不幸的家庭各有各的不幸。”实际调查结果显示,职业经理人的痛苦各式各样,千差万别,而快乐的内容之间的相似性则要大得多,类型也相对集中得多。度假、与家人团聚、获得投资回报或奖金、事业和职业得到发展,大同小异,所不同的是,由于所处职位及经济基础不同,职业经理人从这些事件中获得的快乐程度不同,给他们带来欢乐的事情的层次也不尽相同。
