补肾活血颗粒对糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂的影响

Influence on Blood Glucose Concentration and High Liquid of the Diabetic Mellitus Rats Treated with Bu-shen Huo-xue Granula

目的探讨补肾活血颗粒对糖尿病高脂血症的疗效及作用机理。方法采用ALLoxan(四氧嘧啶)皮下注射建立糖尿大鼠模型,造模成功后同时补肾活血颗粒、优降糖、力平之胃治疗,疗程6周,经眶静脉采血,对照观察不同药物对大鼠有关指标的影响。结果实验性糖尿病大鼠一般状态、血糖、甘油三脂(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、等指标明显异常,经中药治疗后得到改善。结论糖尿病大鼠伴有以血脂水平升高为特征的严重脂代谢紊乱。补肾活血颗粒对上述异常代谢状况有明显缓解作用,同时降低血糖、血脂水平,综合疗效可观,其机理可能与该药多途径、多环节同步调节糖尿病大鼠糖、脂代谢紊乱有关。

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of Bu-shen Huo-xue granula (BS) on diabetic Hyterlipemia(HLP) rats. Methods: Induce Diabetic Mellitus(DM) rats models by subcutaneous injection of Alloxan. After the models formed, treat the DM rats with condensed liquor of BS, Glyburide(GB), lipanthy(LP) through tube feeding. The treatment last for 6 weeks. Gather the blood from the orbital vena for determining. Observe the influence on related indexes by different medicines. Results: The experimental DM rats are apparently abnormal as follow. The general condition, blood glucose concentration, triglyceride(TG), cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein(HDL), low density lipoprotein(LDL), and Etc. After the treatment by Chinese herbs, the abnormal condition relieved. Conclusion: It is improved that there is serious lipodystrophy in the diabetic rats, which is characterized by hyperlipemia. BS can obviously relief the abnormal condition stated above, reduce blood glucose concentration and high lipid level. The complex curative effect of BS is considerable. The mechanism of BS possibly lies in regulating abnormal glycometabolim and lipometabolism simutaneously of DM rats, through many ways and many links.
