摘要
建立了测定卷烟材料中痕量镉的方法,即先用强阴离子交换固相萃取柱进行预分离和富集,而后以6-溴-2-苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯为显色剂,在pH10的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲介质中,TritonX-100存在下,测定体系在520nm处的吸光度.体系的摩尔吸光系数为1.92×105L·mol-1·cm-1.该法的RSD为2.2%~2.8%,回收率97%~104%,测定结果与原子吸收法的相符.
A method to determine trace cadmium in cigarette materials with spectrophotometry was established. The trace cadmium in cigarette materials was digested with concentrated HNO3and H2O2, then enriched and separated by solid phase extraction with strong anion exchange resin cartridge, and determined with spectrophotometry at 520 nm by using 6-bromo-2-benzothiazolyl diazoaminoazobenzene as color reagent in pH10 sodium borate_sodium hydroxide buffer solution medium in the presence of TritonX-100. The molar absorptivity of the reaction system is 1.92×105L .mol-1.cm-1. The RSD and recovery of the method were 2.2%-2.8% and 94%-105%, respectively. The results determined with this method agreed with that of atomic absorption.
