摘要
伪满洲国成立后,在东北建立了一整套殖民教育体系。办教育首先要有师资队伍,因而日伪当局把教师的素质看成是推行奴化教育的关键。因此,十分注重师资队伍的建设,建立了比较完备的师范教育体系,也制定了一系列有关教师的规章制度。
With the founding of the Manchurian government, a set of colonial system of education is established in the northeast of China. As is known the developmentof education relies on the quality of the teachers, so the Manchurian government pays a great attention to the in-post teacher education for the sake of the slavery education. Therefore, established is a rather complete system of teacher education and a series of rules and regulations concerning teachers.
