飞行员睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的护理策略

Nursing strategy on sleep apnea syndrome in pilots

目的探讨飞行员睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)护理特点及护理对策。方法应用多导睡眠图(PSG)对5例飞行员SAS进行诊断,综合PSG和临床护理特点,评价其护理策略。结果5例患者均符合SAS。其中医学结论飞行合格3例,飞行不合格和暂时飞行不合格各1例。结论提出飞行员SAS的护理策略。

Objective To investigate the nursing characteristics and nursing strategy of sleep apnea syndrome(SAS). Methods 5 pilots with SAS were monitored by polysomnography(PSG), and PSG, nursing characteristics and nursing strategy of pilots with SAS were analysized and evaluated. Results 5 cases were confirmed diagnosis of SAS, and medical evaluation was 3 cases in flying, 1 case in grounding and 1 case in observations continuously. Conclusion It is suggested that nursing strategy of SAS in pilots was important in diagnosis and treatment of SAS in pilots.
