Study of Personalized Education Strategy In Learners Guidance Group Model

围绕山西电大在人才培养模式和开放教育试点项目中创立的“六位一体”教学模式,就如何深化个性化的教学策略,以满足学生个性全面发展的需要,结合教学和管理的实践,提出了一些看法和建议。

On the basis of the 'six in one'education pattern established by Shanxi TV University in the intellectual training model and open education pilot project,this paper discusses the personalized education strategies on how to meet students customized need,and presents some new ideas and proposals.
