Improving Ability is the Key to the Quality Education for Students in the Open Education——One of the Thoughts about the Survey of the Quality of Graduates in the Open Education

“知识、能力、素质”是素质教育中三个互为依存,又不可分割的因素,他们之间的共同作用形成素质教育的一个完整体系。提高远程开放教育学生的综合能力与水平是开放教育导学中培养学生综合素质的前提和基础,也是远程开放教育中实施素质教育的核心所在。具体而言,应着重提高学生的创新能力、实践动手能力和获取信息的能力。

Knowledge, ability, quality being three inter-relate and in separate factors, they correlate each other to form an integrated system of quality education. Improving students' comprehensive ability and level is not only the premise and basis for cultivating students' comprehensive quality, but also the core of implementing quality education in the open and long education. To put it concretely, educators should focus on improving students' creative ability, practicable ability and ability to get information.
