摘要
教师的职业倦怠是教师在长期的压力体验下产生的情绪、态度和行为的衰竭表现,是教师不能顺利工作时的一种消极反应,它对教师、学生、学校和社会都会带来负面的影响。导致教师职业倦怠的成因是多方面的,人们可以从教师的理想信念、工作环境、人际关系、自我调适等方面加以防范。
The job languor of a teacher is not only a form of mood, attitude and behavior caused by long-term pressure, but also a kind of passive reaction appearing during the time when the teachers can't work smoothly. Meanwhile it will bring negative influence on the teachers, the students and the society. The formation of the teachers' job languor is caused by many aspects, so people can keep a lookout from such aspects as the teachers' ideal and faith, working environment, interpersonal relationships, self adjusting and so on.
