中小学教师心理健康的调查研究

The Investigation and Study on Mental Heath of Primary and High School Teachers

本研究采用SCL-90临床症状自评量表对1000名不同体制的中小学教师做了一次问卷调查,结果表明:中小学教师的心理健康水平比较低,在躯体化、强迫等七个因子上与国内成人常模之间存在显著差异,并且不同中小学教师之间存在差异。

This study has an investigation on 1000 Baoding primary and high school teachers by SCL-90(symptom Check List 90).The results indicate that the mental health of Baoding primary and high school teachers is on the low level. There exists obvious differences on corpus, force and other 7 divisors between the teachers and domestic adult normal criterion. Furthermore, there also exists differences between different teachers in Baoding primary and high schools.
