摘要
就现行宪法与改革的差距,从修宪观点、存在问题、修宪原则、意见与建议提出修宪主张,从而促进宪法的发展。
As for the distance between current constitution and reform, this paper puts forward the proposition of amending the constitution from such perspectives as the viewpoints, existing problems, principles, opinions and suggestion of amending the constitution, so as to improve the constitution development.
