Metaphor,being a common rhetoric pattern,is frequently adopted in literature.Laoshe is considered as the Master of Mordern Language and Humour ,partly because of his consummate skill of metaphor.In his every work, there appears the wonderful use of metaphor which strikes the readers.It's used so properly and naturally that it will remain in readers' memory for ever ;it's so splendid and vivid that readers often linger on it.We admire Laoshe's artistic skill;furthermore ,we are impressed by the marvelous and profound charm.
