分析了我国供热立法的现状,从供热方式、供热市场管理、供热计量收费、供热合同等方面阐述了制定供热法律法规的必要性,提出了相关的建议。
The current situation of heat-supply legislation in China is analyzed.The necessity of establishing heat-supply law and statute is expounded in the field of heat-supply mode, heat-supply market management, heat-supply metering charge, heat-supply contract, etc. is expounded. Some related suggestions are put forward.
