摘要
高温拉伸力学试验分为高真空状态下的拉伸力学试验和高纯氩气状态下的拉伸力学试验,试验温度通常设有800,1000,1200,1400,1600,1800和2000℃这几个段位,试样棒按国家标准要求尺寸制做,样品材料为钨铜合金,钨粉采用同一批次,从而有效地避免了因粉料粒度、成份等因素造成的误差,使得最终试验数据受到影响。本文以上述七段温度值为准,分别在两种气氛状态下试验并加以比对。
The high temperature stretch test is carried out in two different ambient: high vacuum and argon gas, and the experiment temperature is divided into sections with the temperatures at 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800 and 2000. The size of the sample rods is tailored to be in agreement with China National Standard, and the material is copper-tungsten alloy with tungsten adopted from the same product batch that avoids the experiment error caused by impact of powder granularity and composite etc. In this paper, the stretch experiment of the samples was implemented at the seven temperature section and the tested data under different ambient (high vacuum and argon) were compared.
