本文指出了电真空器件的高压放电和击穿类型,真空击穿和沿面闪络的物理机理、影响因素和预防措施。
The classification of high-voltage discharge and disruptive discharge in electronic vacuum devices was analyzed, and their mechanism and models were pointed out. The influence factors and the ways to prevent vacuum breakdown and surface flashover in electronic vacuum devices were described.
