摘要
为解决BeO瓷输出窗小孔针封问题,在金属化配方、粉末粒度、膏剂粘度等方面进行工艺实验,效果良好。
In order to solve problems about needle seal for small hole of BeO ceramic output window, the technics experiment has been taken on metallizing formula, particle size of powder and viscosity of powder paste. The effect is good.
