水溶性共聚酯碱溶过程均匀性分析

摘要 对国内市场上三种水溶性共聚酯切片的煮沸液及未溶颗粒部分进行了液相色谱、扫描电镜和热失重等分析,重点研究了切片碱溶过程均匀性。试验发现:切片KZ水溶过程最为均匀,而切片FY和ST水溶过程均匀性则较差。 Water soluble copolyesters is widely used for the production of sea-is land fibers, and the uniformity of alkaline weight redution of copolyester chips is very important to the post-treatment of copolyester fabrics. The extract sol utions and un-dissolved solid residues of three kinds of copolyester chips after alkaline aqueous treatment are employed for further the analysis with liquid ch romatography, scan electron microscopy, and thermogravimetry. The results show t hat the chip KZ possesses the better uniformity of alkaline weight redution whil e the other two are poorer.
