甲状腺结节283例放射性核素扫描的临床分析

The clinical analysis of the results of radionuclide scan of 283 cases with thyroid nodule

本文分析了283例甲状腺结节扫描结果，并与病理诊断对照。其中热结节18例（占6．36％）；温结节35例（12．37％）；冷结节230例（81．27％）。经病理证实：良性肿瘤250例（占88．34％）；恶性肿瘤16例（5．65％）；其它甲状腺疾病17例（6．01％）。恶性肿瘤病例全部发生在扫描结果为冷结节的病例中。

The results of redionuclide scan of 283 cases patients with thyroid nodule were correlated with the pathology. There were 'hot'nodules in 18(6. 36 % ) 'Warm'nodules in 35 (12. 37 % ) ;and'cold' nodules in 230(81. 27 % ). It was proved,by pathology after surgical operation, that the incidbnce of benign is 88. 34%, the incidence of malignant is 5. 65%,and the incidence of other thyroid diseaces is 6. 01%. The result of thyroid scan of 16 cases with malignant were 'cold'nodules.
