冬凌草液膀胱热疗对膀胱癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群及SIL-2R的影响

Effect of thermotherapy with herba rebdosia rubescens liquid on T lymphocyte subsets and SIL-2R in patients with bladder cancer

目的探讨冬凌草液膀胱腔内热疗对膀胱癌患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法对28例膀胱癌患者术后行冬凌草液膀胱腔内热疗,分别采用免疫荧光法和ELISA法检测治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和血清SIL-2R水平的变化,并与健康对照组进行比较分析。结果膀胱癌患者细胞免疫功能低下,表现为CD4+T、CD4+/CD8+低于正常人,而CD8+T、SIL-2R高于正常人,且术后无明显改变。经冬凌草液热疗后,CD4+T、CD4+/CD8+则升高,SIL-2R降低。结论冬凌草液膀胱腔内热疗可以提高膀胱癌患者的免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the effects of intravesical thermotherap with herba rabdosia rubescens liquid on cellular immunity in patients with bladder cancer.Methods 28 cases of bladder cancer were underwent intravesical thermotherapy with herba rabdosia rubescens liquid after operation.At the same time,T lymphocyte subsets and SIL-2R level were examined by immunofluoreacence assay and ELISA respectively before and after treatment and compared them with that of health controls.Results The percentage of CD +_4T cells and the ratio of CD +_4/CD +_8 in peripheral blood in patients with bladder cancer were lower, while the percentage of CD +_8T cells and the serum SIL-2R level were higher than those of normal people. There were no obviously changes after operation. After intravesical thermotherapy with herba rabdosia rubescens liquid, the percentage of CD +_4T cells and the ratio of CD +_4/CD +_8 increased obviously,while the serum SIL-2R level decreased significantly( P <0.05). Conclusions Intravesical thermotherapy with herba rabdosia rubescens liquid can improve cellular immunity in patients with bladder cancer.
