传统甲状腺手术方法的改良

The Improvement of the Traditional Thyroid Operative Technique

目的:在保证手术安全和疗效的前提下,探讨经典甲状腺术式改良的临床价值。方法:对该院1996年2月～2004年12月收治的85例甲状腺病人施行低位小切口、不断颈前肌群、上极先切断后结扎的改进术式进行分析。结果:全组手术顺利,出血少,无喉上喉返神经损伤,切口愈合美观。结论:此方法对于单侧良性甲状腺瘤、双侧良性甲状腺瘤、甲状腺机能亢进、再次手术的甲状腺病人均适用,具有减少出血及神经损伤、创伤小、愈合快,并发症少等优点,值得推广。

Objective:To probe into the clinical value of improved thyroid operative technique under the condition that the surgical operation safety and the carative effects could be guarateed. Methods:The improved operative pattern was applied in 85 patients with thyroid diseases from 1996.2 to 2004.12,and the operative effect was analyzed and evaluated.Results:In all cases,the operation was accomplished smoothly without huge amounts of blood losing during the operation,and without any injury of recurrent laryngeal nerve and superior laryngeal nerve.Conclusion:The operative pattern can be applied in the patients with benign tumor of the thyroid and hyperthyroidism and reoperation.It has many advantages,sush as little trauma,soon recovery,low-operational complications,less amounts of blood losing and no never injuries.So it is worthy of expansion.
