器官移植术后预防人巨细胞病毒感染研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 器官移植术后,有效免疫抑制药物的使用同时,出现人巨细胞病毒(hCMV)的机会感染,在巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染后再治疗较困难,并增加抗排异的难度。故如何有效的预防CMV感染尤为重要,能提高器官移植术后的生存率。现对目前有效预防CMV感染的方法作综述。
