转移抑制基因KiSS-1与人类肿瘤的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 KiSS1是另一种新近发现的与肿瘤转移有关的肿瘤转移抑制基因,定位于染色体1q32~q41,由四个外显子构成,基因产物是G蛋白结合受体的内源性配体,KiSS1多肽能明显抑制肿瘤细胞的化学趋向性和侵袭性,并限制肿瘤细胞的迁移蠕动功能,表达于正常心脏、肝、肺、骨骼肌、肾组织和胰腺,而且在胎盘和脑观察到了高的表达。KiSS1基因对人类肿瘤转移有抑制作用,调节癌细胞的生长信号,调节肿瘤的生物行为方面有潜在的作用,KiSS1表达的缺失与肿瘤进展和临床结果相联系,而且其表达率提供了预后信息,对识别预后差的患者有预见性的价值,通过对其进一步研究,将为人类肿瘤的早期诊断、设计合理可行的治疗手段和转移的干预性治疗提供重要的线索和依据。
