摘要
系统分析了残余奥氏体数量对4205Z36A-029曲轴齿轮渗碳淬火质量的影响,并探讨了控制残余奥氏体数量从而提高其质量的方法。
Remained austenite always exists in quenching structure of carbonizing parts.The influence of remained austenite amount in 4205Z36A-029 shaft gears carbonizing and quenching quality was studied,methods of controlling remained austenite amount and improving the quality were discussed in this paper.
