中医综合疗法治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

Efficacy observation of the TCM complex treatment for acute cerebral infarction

目的观察中医综合疗法治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将90例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,治疗组45例用中药针剂、汤剂、针刺等中医综合疗法,对照组45例应用胞二磷胆碱、肠溶阿司匹林等药,2组均4周为1个疗程,以积分记分法观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,基本痊愈率48.9%,对照组分别为73.4%、26.7%,2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论中医综合疗法治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of TCM complex treatment on acute cerebral infarction . Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. 45 patients in treatment group were treated with TCM decoction and acupuncture ;the other 45 patients in control group were treated with citicholine and enteric aspirin, with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups. After 4-week's treatment the therapeutic effect were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate and basics cure rate in treatment group were 93.3% and 48.9% , which were 73.4% and 26.7% in control group respectively. There was a significant difference between two groups ( P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion The TCM complex therapy has obvious therapeutic effect on acute cerebral infarction.
