莱菔消滞片配合洛赛克治疗消化性溃疡的临床研究

Therapeutic effect of Laifuxiaozhi tablet combined with Luosaike on peptic ulcer

目的观察莱菔消滞片配合洛赛克治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将经胃镜确诊的消化性溃疡患者80例随机分为2组。2组患者均服用洛赛克20mg,每日1次,连服4周。治疗组40例加服莱菔消滞片;每次6片,每日3次餐前服。对照组40例加服克拉霉素250mg、替硝唑500mg,每日2次。2组均在治疗4周后复查胃镜、幽门螺杆菌(Hp),观察溃疡面愈合情况、Hp转阴率及胃痛消失时间。结果2组溃疡愈合率、Hp转阴率相近。但胃痛缓解率及平均胃痛消失时间比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且无明显副作用。结论莱菔消滞片配合洛赛克治疗消化性溃疡疗效确切。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Laifuxiaozhi tablet combined with omeprazole on peptic ulcer. Methods 80 patients with peptic ulcer identified by gastroscope were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in treatment group were treated with Laifuxiaozhi tablet combined with omeprazole,20 mg once a day; the other 40 patients in control group were treated with omeprazole 20mg once a day combined with clarithromycin and tinidazole, with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups. After 4-week's treatment the gastroscope,HP,the healing condition of ulcer region, HP negative conversion rate and the disappeared time of stomachache were observed for both groups. Results The HP negative conversion rate and healing rate of ulcer were alike in two groups, however, the disappeared time of stomachache and relieving rate of stomachache in treatment group were obviously superior to those of control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Laifuxiaozhi tablet combined with omeprazole is effective in treating peptic ulcer.
