三维打印技术是集机械、自动控制、计算机科学等为一体的先进制造技术。该文介绍了三维打印技术的发展现状及关键技术。在此基础上,以模块化设计思想对基于喷射黏接剂堆积成型的三维打印系统进行了研究,并对其喷头结构进行了分析。

Three dimensional printing technology, which is the integration of mechanics, automatic control, computer science, is one of the advanced manufacturing technologies. In this paper, the latest development of three dimensional printing technology and its key technique are introduced. By using modularization method, the three dimensional printing system based on injecting binder to make powder manufacturing is studied. The paper also puts emphasis on the analysis of ink-jet printhead construction.
