大豆膳食对去卵巢大鼠骨密度及骨病理形态学作用的实验性研究

The experimental study of soybean diet on the bone mineral density and bone tissue morphology of ovariectomized rats

目的研究大豆膳食对去卵巢大鼠骨密度及骨组织形态学的影响,为绝经后骨质疏松的防治提供一定的理论依据。方法运用切除大鼠双侧卵巢方法建立骨质疏松症模型,观察大豆膳食对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的防治作用。结果大豆膳食可增加去卵巢大鼠骨密度(P<0.05)和子宫重量(P<0.05),骨组织切片观察显示,大豆膳食组骨小梁粗壮、饱满、结构基本完整。结论大豆膳食对卵巢切除大鼠骨质疏松症有明显防治作用。

Objective To study the effects of soybean diet on bone mineral density and bone tissue morphology of ovariectomized rats.To provide the base of theory on osteoporosis of ovariectomized rats.Methods Osteoporosis mode was established through ovary resection of female rats,to investigate the preventive effect of soybean diet on osteoporosis of ovariectomized rats.Results Soybean diet could significantly increase bone mineral density(BMD) and the uterus weight . The bone tissue section showed that: the bone trabecula of structure of soybean diet group is full muscular and complete.Conclusions Soybean diet have significant effects on prevention and cure to osteoporosis of ovariectomized rats.
