经食道多普勒超声成像50例临床应用研究

Studies of 50 Patients of Clinical Application By Transesophageal Doppler Echocardiographic Imaging

本文报告我院自1991年起应用单平面食道多普勒探头研究50例不同心血管疾病食道多普勒超声成像的特征、探查切面和操作方式。对其中28例患者进行了冠脉血流储备的研究。讨论了经食道多普勒超声心动图的成像优势、实用价值及局限性。

Imaging characteristics,probing views and operating metheods of transesophageal Doppler e-chocardiography in 50 patients with various cardiovascular diseases had been studied since 1991 by using single-plane transesophageal Doppler probe in this paper. Coronary flow reserve (CFR) were assessed in 28 of patients. Imaging advantage, practical value and limitation of transesophageal Doppler echocardiography were discussed.
