缺血性脑血管病人的颅内动脉血流与脑功能关系的探讨

摘要 本文应用三维经颅多普勒(3D—TCD)和脑电地形图(BEAM)对60例缺血性脑血管病人进行同一时间内的测定,旨在探讨颅内动脉血流同脑功能的关系。结果表明,颅内动脉血流供血减少时,其供血区域内的慢波增多,而快波减少,δ+θ/α+β功率比,较正常血流组明显增高,说明缺血性脑血管病人当供血减少时,必产生脑功能障碍。 In order to study the influence on brain function at the moment of intracranially arterial blood flow is changing, in this thesis, 60 patients who suffer from cerebral arteriosclerosis are experimented simultaneously by using 3D -TCD and BEAM. The result is ,when the blood supply of intracranially arterial blood flow is decreasing. slow wave in the area of blood supply is increased. but rapid wave decreased. The power ratio of δ+θ/α+βobviously higher than the group of normal blood supply. So, when the blood supply decreases, the ischemic celebrovascular patients will have brain function disorde.
