市政债券作为国际上较为普遍利用的金融工具,正被越来越多的发展中国家所关注。随着我国城市化的发展、西部大开发的进行、资本市场的深化和产业结构的调整,发行市政债券为城市建设中的公共项目融资已经势在必行。本文通过对目前我国准市政债券市场的现状进行分析,探讨了我国市政债券市场的发展思路。

More and more developing countries are paying close attention to the Issue of municipal bond which is taken for a kind of financial implements used commonly and worldwide. It is imperative for China to issue municipal bond for public construction project financing in pace with urbanization, the west area exploitation, capital market development and industrial structure readjustment. This paper probes the way to develop the municipal bond market of China through the analysis of current situation of quasi-municipal bond market.
