Consideration on the Value of the Important Thought of Three Represents

“三个代表”重要思想具有丰富的价值内涵,它是我们党执政之基础,是巩固社会主义制度、实现和维护社会稳定、推动人的全面发展的根本保证。“三个代表”重要思想的价值源自它的科学性,是对人类社会发展规律、社会主义建设规律和党的执政规律的正确反映。要实现“三个代表”重要思想的价值,必须坚持马克思主义与时俱进的理论品质、积极推进全面建设小康社会的伟大实践、坚持以人民为本位的价值取向。

The important thought of Three Represents has rich valuable connotation, which is the governing base for the Party and the essential security to strengthen socialist system, to realize and safeguard social stability, to propel human being forward in an all-round way, etc. Its value comes from its scientism that is the right reflection of the development of human society, the rules of socialist construction, and the Party governance. To realize its value, we must keep Marxist theory as its essence with step of the times, promote the great practice of building up a well-off society in an all-round way, and insist on the value trend with people-oriented as its standard.
