摘要
对豫西地区土地质量评价就是对土地的自然属性和社会属性进行全面分析和鉴定，准确地反映土地的自然潜力，为合理地、有效地利用土地资源提供科学依据．
Overall analysis and appraisal on land natural and social attribute of western Henan are made. The natural potentialites of land are accurately reflected. The scientific basis is provided for rational and effective use.
