Development of China’s Academic Journals and Their Scientific Base

中国的人文社会科学刊物应当在建构中国学术传统和实质性地推进中国学术发展方面发挥重要作用。它应最大化地支配中国人文社会科学的发展和方向,亦应在学术生产和学术传统的建构方面不遗余力。但受各种因素的影响,中国人文社会科学学术刊物在一定意义上丧失了其作为研究者个人学术研究的知识参照作用和引领中国人文社会科学发展的实质性作用,其根本问题在于整个学术界还没有充分意识到学术论文以及刊载这些论文的学术刊物所具有的知识意义。因此,中国学术刊物应建构和加强明确的学术自主性和学术责任感,能够在学术刊物和学术发展之间明确定位,以期推动中国未来学术传统和学术发展走向。

China’s humanities and social sciences publication should play an important role in constructing China’s intellectual tradition and advancing the development of China’s academy in substance.It should arrange China’s humane social sciences maximizing, make great efforts to promote the building of academic production and intellectual tradition.But affected by various kinds of factors, China’s academic journals in humanities and social sciences have got lost in their role to some degree in giving knowledge references for researchers and in leading China’s development in humanities and social sciences. Its basic problem lies in the whole academia has not fully realized the knowledge meaning in scientific papers and the academic journals published these papers yet.So,China’s academic publications should set up and strengthen clear academic independence and academic sense of duty, can make a reservation clearly between academic publication and academic development, promote intellectual tradition of China’s future and academic development.
