构建以生为本的大学生成才服务保障体系

The construction for the assurance system for cultivating university students from the perspective view of Students orientation

“以生为本”的高校学生工作模式,是基于对学生在高校各项工作中的主体性地位认识不断深化的基础上的。构建融教育、管理、咨询、保障功能于一体的大学生成才服务保障体系,是新时期学生工作的必然要求。建立和健全创新、就业、心理咨询、校园文化、勤工助学等服务体系,则有机地构成了学生成才服务保障体系的内容。

“Students orientation” as a type of working models towards university students has demonstrated its sustainability of supervising students’ subjectivity reflected in the different university activities. Integrating functions such as education, administration, consultancy and assurance is to meet the demand of working with students in new era. Establishing and improving creation, employment, psychological consultancy, campus culture and part-time working based on campus etc has systematically delineated the system to ensure students to receive sufficient training to meet the requirement of the society.
