摘要 目前,案例教学广泛地在教学领域中运用。它在高职“两课”教学中能够有效地促进课程改革,提高教学实效;充分调动师生的智慧,实现教学相长。探讨高职“两课”师生在案例教学实施的课前准备、呈现案例、讨论剖析、总结提高、温习巩固等五个阶段中的参与度和作用的差异。提出为让案例教学更富成效,必须避免陷入将案例教学仅限于法律课程,将案例教学“泛滥成灾”,将案例教学与课堂举例等同这三大误区。 The way of case teaching is being used widely in teaching,which promotes the course reform efficiently and the practical effect of teaching ,to realize the mutual advancement of teaching and learning. The article probes into the difference of participation and roles which teachers and students in two courses teaching play in five steps: preparation, presentation, discussion, promotiom and reviewing. It poses that two courses teaching have to avoid falling into three wrong aspects which are case teaching limited in law course only,case teaching “runned wild “,case teaching equaled in classroom example giving.
