摘要
对于人类动机的研究历来都是心理学家们研究的热点之一。本文系统回顾了动机研究随着心理学的历史发展而出现的各种理论,从纵向和横向的角度对各种理论加以分析评价,探讨了一些主要动机理论的内容和特点,并对动机的发展趋势进行初步探讨。
Motivation has always been one of the most important study subjects of psychologists. This article takes a systematical review on the various theories of motivation along with the development of psychology and makes an exploration the content and feature of several theories of motivation by analyses longitudinal and latitudinal.
