目前,高校学生社团出现了百花齐放、百家争鸣的繁荣局面。随着各类别社团的出现,涵盖面的广泛,社团的规模化趋势明显,使社团的管理与发展成为人们关注的重点,本文通过对社团“干什么?怎么干?为什么干?”等社团建设性问题的回答,简单地阐明了对社团管理与发展的观点。

At present ,associations set up by students in university appear to be flourishing situation that letting a hundred flower blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend .By the present of some sorts of associations which involve many aspects ,the tendency of the scale of associations becoming large is obvious and people focus more on associations’ management and development .This composition clarifies the idea to the management and development by answering the constructive questions on associations that “What To Do”,“How To Do ”and “Why To Do”.
