摘要
中国内地与港澳更紧密经贸关系安排(CEPA)把内地与香港、澳门的经济合作和交流提升到制度化建设的层面,实施CEPA令粤港澳经济快速发展。教育与经济息息相关,粤港澳教育通过其特有功能促进经济发展,而经济发展水平又反作用于教育。建立粤港澳教育制度化合作机制,既是粤港澳经济合作的客观需要,也是粤港澳教育发展的内在要求。
Putting CEPA (Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement) into practice could make the economy of Mainland, HongKong and Macao developed rapidly and take the economic cooperation and exchange of these regions to a systemized stratum. It is all known that education and economy are closely linked together. It can accelerate the economic development of three regions; moreover, educational development level takes retroaction on economic development at the same time. Consequently, establishing a systemized cooperating mechanism of Mainland, HongKong and Macao is not only an external demand of cooperation of three regions, but also an internal demand of educational development of it.
