开放式数控系统中的运动控制

Movement Control in the Open Type NC System

本文采用工控机作为上位机,使用VB6.0进行控制程序的编制,通PCL839控制板卡来控制三台步进电机,从而驱动数控机床三个轴,达到三轴的运动控制。

This paper uses Industrial Computer as its upper class unit. It applies Visual Basic 6.0 for programming of the control codes. Three stepping motors are controlled by PCL-839 control board. Thus three axes of NC machine are drived and movement control of three axes is achieved.
