摘要
超精密加工技术在提高机电产品性能、质量方面起着至关重要的作用。本文介绍了几种常见的超精密加工方法,并分析了其影响因素,同时提出相应的技术改进方案。
Ultra-precision machining technology is extremely important in improving the products capability and quality. This paper mainly introduces several ultra-precision machining methods and analyses its influential factors. At the same time,the author puts forward the corresponding improvement plans.
