低频交变电磁场对(Al_2O_3+Al_3Zr)_p/Al复合材料凝固组织和干滑动磨损性能影响 被引量:2

Effect of Interchanged Low-frequency Electromagnetic Field on Microstructure and Property of (Al_2O_3+Al_3Zr)-p/Al Composites

摘要 在低频交变电磁场条件下,研究了Al-Zr(CO3)2组元通过熔体反应法原位合成的Al2O3、Al3Zr颗粒增强铝基复合材料,结果表明:外加低频交变电磁场能够有效地改善反应动力学条件,对固液两相反应的传质和扩散起到了很好的促进怍用,凝固组织中增强相颗粒在铝基体中的体积分数增加,分布弥散均匀。复合材料干滑动磨损机制是磨粒磨损, 磨损量31.7mg,比未加电磁场时的磨损量下降了46.1%,耐磨性提高。 Under the condition of interchanged low-frequency electromagnetic field, the composites of Al2O3、Al3Zr reinforced aluminum matrix in-situ synthesized by Al-Zr(CO3)2 components through the melt direct reaction method. The result of analyzing thermodynamics and kinetics processing showed that the kinetic conditions could be improved dramatically and the mass transfer and diffuseness could be accelerated in solid-liquid reactions. The fraction volume of reinforced particles in the aluminum matrix was enhanced and the particles were well distributed in the matrix. The dry sliding wearing mechanism of the composites was frazil wearing. The wearing amount was 31 .7mg, which was decreased by 46.1% comparing to that of samples fabricated without electromagnetic field. Thereafter, the property of anti-wearing was improved.
