摘要
瓶颈管理是近年来管理界出现的一股新的管理思潮,全面性、针对性正是瓶颈管理的精髓所在,目前,我国中小企业管理中面临这许多亟待解决的问题,瓶颈管理思维模式为探究这类企业管理中存在的问题开辟了一条有效的解决途径。
Bottleneck management is a kind of new thought in management. Different from human resource management and organization management, it offers us a method of analyzing the operating condition roundly for managers. This management mode could help put forward overall ways and strategies to solve the problems. All -sidedness and pertinence are the truth about bottleneck management. For now, many middle and small size’s management is confronted with many problems requiring solutions. Bottleneck management affords a thinking mode towards an effective way to solve the existent problems in management.
