高职教育专业建设的构思与探索

Conception and Probe of Specialty Development in High Vocational Education

高职高专办学水平的高低取决于毕业生就业率的高低,而高职高专院校毕业生的就业率如何归根结底取决于专业设置的市场符合性以及专业建设是否满足高职高专的应用型人才培养的需要,文章通过分析我国高职教育在专业建设中存在的问题,从专业设置、专业建设和专业建设管理三个环节提出解决问题的思路和办法。

The achievement of High Vocational Education is measured by the employment rates of the grad- uates from the higher and secondary vocational program, which is ultimately determined by two factors, namely, specialty setup, which has to meet the requirement of the market, and specialty development, which is the key for the cultivation of talents of practical ability. Stating on the problems in High Vocational Education of China, the paper comes with solutions to those problems and ideas on specialty setup and specialty development and spe- cialty management.
