摘要
本文论述了教师移情的含义及其在教育中的作用,并提出了挚爱学生,掌握教育科学理论,洞悉非言语行为,培养教育敏感,延迟评判、换位思考,塑造利于移情的人格特征,注重移情的表达等提高教师移情能力的措施。
This paper discourses the implication of teachers'empathy and the role of empathy in education.Some measures on how to improve the skills of teachers'empathy are put forward:caring students;mastering the theory of educational science;being familiar to the non-language behaviors;improving educational sensitivity;postponing judgements;thinking in others'position;taking shape the empathy personality characteristics;expressing empathy
