摘要 核酸疫苗不仅引起体液免疫反应,而且诱导高水平的细胞免疫应答,尤其是细胞毒T淋巴细胞(CTL)反应,被认为在病毒、胞内菌、寄生虫等病原体感染的防治中具有更大的优势。核酸疫苗作为近年来发展起来的一项新的生物技术,已经成为疫苗研究领域的热点之一,并获得了迅速的发展。实验结果表明,核酸疫苗既可作为病毒、细菌或寄生虫的预防疫苗,也可作为非感染性疾病如肿瘤病的治疗用疫苗。通过介绍近年来核酸疫苗在病毒、细菌、寄生虫等感染性疾病的预防和治疗等领域的研究进展情况,表明随着分子生物技术的不断发展,核酸疫苗的进一步研究和实践为改善人类和动物健康显示出新的希望。 The nucleic acid vaccine not only causes the immune response of body fluid but also leads the high level cell immun to reply, cytotoxic T lymphocyte react especially.It has heavy advantage in the prevention and cure of the infection with virus,bacterium,parasite,etc. The nucleic acid vaccine is as a new biotechnology of developing in recent years, has already become one of the focuses of the vaccine research field, and get fast development. The experimental results indicates that the nucleic acid vaccine can be regarded as the prevention vaccine of the virus, bacterium or parasite and as treatment vaccine of infectious disease and non-infectious disease. Through introduction of the progress of studying nucleic acid vaccine in preventing and treating infectious diseases, such as virus, bacterium, parasite in recent years,and the constant development with molecule biotechnology, the further research and practice of the nucleic acid vaccine will demonstrate the new hope in improving mankind and animal health.
