摘要 炭疽病是一种人畜共患的烈性传染病。该病由炭疽杆菌所致,传播迅速,潜伏期短,死亡率高。炭疽杆菌在生物武器中占有重要地位。本文简述了现用疫苗及各国正在开发的新疫苗,探讨了疫苗研发的新思路,客观评价了人用炭疽疫苗的安全性及有效性。 Anthrax bacillus can cause a serious disease in both human and animals.The disease is characterized by rapid spread and short incubation period and high mortality rate. Anthrax bacillus plays a key role in the biotic weapons. The vaccines now in use and new vaccines that are developed all over the world are overviewed briefly in this article.At the same time ,the new way by which people develope vaccines is pointed out and the objective evaluation of the reliability and effectiveness of the human vaccines is done in this article.
