腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症对患者红细胞免疫功能和T淋巴细胞亚群的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的本试验旨在探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症对机体红细胞免疫功能和T淋巴细胞亚群的影响.方法以红细胞C3b受体花环率、红细胞免疫复合物花环率、肿瘤红细胞花环率及CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞作为观测指标,测定82例子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术治疗的患者术前、术后第1天和第3天免疫指标的变化.结果82例均成功实施了腹腔镜手术,手术时间30~90min,平均48min,术中出血5~50ml,平均22ml.术后第1天的上述免疫指标虽有轻度障碍,但没有显著性意义,且术后第3天迅速恢复.结论腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症患者损伤小,手术前后红细胞免疫功能和T淋巴细胞免疫功能没有明显障碍是患者术后能迅速康复的免疫依据.
