摘要
采用高效毛细管电泳技术,以α-萘胺为衍生剂,对蜂蜜中7种糖的衍生物进行了分离.本方法的回收率为100%~105%,相对标准偏差小于2.0%.本方法灵敏度高、成本低,为测定蜂蜜中的多种糖提供了一种高效快速的方法.
Amethod forthe separation of derivatized saccharides in honeywithhigh performance capillaryelec-trophoresis is presented.Seven saccharides in honey were derivatized withα-naphthylamine.The results indi-cate that the recoveries were100%-105%and the relative standard deviations were less than2.0%.This method is sensitive and cost-effective.It could be useful for the determination of saccharides in honey.
